1. 1. Open seasons as provided pursuant to this title for game mammals may designate the sex and age class or any obvious physical characteristic for the mammals which may be taken.
2. 2. With regard to game mammals, the Commission may adopt regulations defining “bucks only” and “antlerless” mammals.
