Nev. Rev. Stat. § 501.096
“Vessel” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2007(Added to NRS by 1979, 899; A 2007, 1798)
“Vessel” means every kind of watercraft, other than a seaplane on the water, which is used or capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.
