Waiver of rights
Effective Oct 1, 2017(Added to NRS by 1981, 1851; A 2017, 3624)
The failure of a person to comply with any of the provisions of NRS 489.4971 to 489.4989, inclusive, constitutes a waiver of any rights under those sections.
