Destruction or abandonment of numbered vessel: Owner to furnish notice to Department; termination of certificate of number

- 1. The owner shall furnish the Department notice of the destruction or abandonment of any vessel numbered under this chapter, within 10 days thereof.
- 2. Such destruction or abandonment terminates the certificate of number for the vessel.
