Nev. Rev. Stat. § 482C.175
“Peer-to-peer car sharing” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2021(Added to NRS by 2021, 1842)
“Peer-to-peer car sharing” means the authorized use of a vehicle by an individual other than the owner of the vehicle through a peer-to-peer car sharing program.
