Nev. Rev. Stat. § 476.150

“Public safety bomb squad” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2009(Added to NRS by 2009, 684)

“Public safety bomb squad” means a group that:

1. Consists of members who are bomb technicians; and
2. Is accredited as a bomb squad by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
