1. 1. The Tax on Liquor Program Account is hereby created in the State General Fund.
2. 2. Money in the Account that is received pursuant to NRS 369.174 must be used for the purposes specified in NRS 458.097 or for any other purpose authorized by the Legislature.
3. 3. All claims must be approved by the Administrator before they are paid.
