This chapter does not apply to:

1. 1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 454.323, products subject to the provisions of the Federal Hazardous Substances Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1261 et seq.; and

2. 2. Products registered under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act, 7 U.S.C. §§ 136 et seq.,

   as the acts exist, respectively, on June 30, 1983.
