Pharmacist to fill or refill prescription for use only by person to whom prescription originally issued
Effective Oct 1, 1973(Added to NRS by 1973, 1197)
No pharmacist shall knowingly fill or refill any prescription for a dangerous drug for use by any person other than the one for whom the prescription was originally issued.
