“Authorized officers of the law” means:

1. 1. Peace officers;
2. 2. Members, investigators and inspectors of the Board;
3. 3. Inspectors of the Food and Drug Administration; and
4. 4. Commissioners and agents appointed as provided in chapter 585 of NRS for the enforcement of the Nevada Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
