Health care professional” defined

1. “Health care professional” means a physician, a physician assistant or an advanced practice registered nurse.
2. As used in this section:
(a) “Advanced practice registered nurse” has the meaning ascribed to it in
NRS 632.012

(b) “Physician” means a physician licensed pursuant to
chapter 630
or

of NRS.
(c) “Physician assistant” means a physician assistant licensed pursuant to
chapter 630
or

of NRS.
