Nev. Rev. Stat. § 453.730
Emergency treatment authorized without notification to law enforcement officer or agency
Effective Oct 1, 1971(Added to NRS by 1971, 652)
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any physician may render emergency treatment for narcotic or dangerous drug use disorder without notifying a law enforcement official or agency.
