1. 1. The Board shall:

   1. (a) Review the schedules annually and maintain a list of current schedules.
   2. (b) Upon the revision of a schedule, cause a copy of the revised schedule to be sent to each district attorney, public defender and judge in the State of Nevada.
   3. (c) Make copies of the list of current schedules available to members of the public upon request. The Board may charge a reasonable fee for providing the copies.
2. 2. Failure to publish revised schedules is not a defense in any administrative or judicial proceeding under NRS 453.011 to 453.552, inclusive.
