Nev. Rev. Stat. § 453.066
“Distribute” defined
Effective Oct 1, 1991(Added to NRS by 1971, 2000; A 1991, 1160)
“Distribute” means to deliver other than by administering or dispensing a controlled substance. The term includes wholesale distribution as defined in NRS 639.0155.
