“Host organization” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2013
(Added to NRS by 2013, 1870)
“Host organization” means:
1. If a permit was obtained for a special event, the person who obtained the permit; or
2. If a permit was not obtained for a special event, the person who sponsored the special event.
