Interest in purchase of supplies prohibited; exception
Effective Oct 1, 1977(Added to NRS by 1977, 1114)
A trustee shall not have a personal pecuniary interest, either directly or indirectly, in the purchase of any supplies for the hospital unless the supplies are purchased by competitive bidding.
