The district attorney of the county in which an agency to provide personal care services in the home or employment agency that contracts with persons to provide nonmedical services related to personal care to elderly persons or persons with disabilities in the home is located shall, upon application by the Division, institute and conduct the prosecution of any action for violation of any provisions of NRS 449B.010 to 449B.495, inclusive.
