The Division shall prepare a report of the results of its inspections of agencies to provide personal care services in the home regarding compliance with applicable regulations and standards. The report must be provided to the agency to provide personal care services in the home and include, without limitation, a recommendation of the Division for correcting any deficiencies and, if a deficiency is discovered as a result of an investigation by a county, district or city board of health or health officer, the recommendations of the board or health officer.
