The Board shall adopt regulations that require an agency to provide personal care services in the home to:

1. 1. Develop policies to ensure that a client is addressed by his or her preferred name and pronoun and in accordance with his or her gender identity or expression; and

2. 2. Adapt electronic records to reflect the gender identities or expressions of clients with diverse gender identities or expressions, including, without limitation, adapting electronic records to include:

   1. (a) The preferred name and pronoun and gender identity or expression of a client; and
   2. (b) Any other information prescribed by regulation of the Board.
