Form and contents of license
Effective Oct 1, 2025(Added to NRS by 2025, 925)
Each license issued by the Division to an agency to provide personal care services in the home must be in the form prescribed by the Division and must contain:
1. The name of the person or persons authorized to operate the agency to provide personal care services in the home; and
2. The nature of services offered and the capacity of the licensee to deliver services.
