1. 1. A Provider Order for Life-Sustaining Treatment form executed in another state in compliance with the laws of that state or this State is valid for the purposes of NRS 449A.500 to 449A.581, inclusive.
2. 2. As used in this section, “state” includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and a territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
