Radioactive and hazardous wastes: Permit does not relieve holder of any legal duty or liability
Effective Oct 1, 1973(Added to NRS by 1973, 1715)
No permit issued pursuant to NRS 445A.625 relieves any person of any duty or liability to the State or to any other person existing or arising under any statute or under common law.
