Nev. Rev. Stat. § 445A.605 – Appeals to Commission: Appealable matters; action by Commission

1. Any person aggrieved by:
1. (a) The issuance, denial, renewal, suspension or revocation of a permit; or
2. (b) The issuance, modification or rescission of any other order,
  by the Director may appeal to the Commission.
2. The Commission shall affirm, modify or reverse any action of the Director which is appealed to it.
