1. 1. Any permit issued under NRS 445A.495 to 445A.510, inclusive, may be revoked, modified or suspended in whole or in part during its term for cause including but not limited to the following:

   1. (a) Violating any terms or conditions of the permit;
   2. (b) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failure to disclose fully all relevant facts; or

   3. (c) A change in conditions, or the existence of a condition, which requires either a temporary or permanent reduction or an elimination of the permitted activity.

      Any such revocation, modification or suspension is effective no later than 30 days after the permit holder receives written notice, issued by the Director, of the facts or conduct warranting such action.

2. 2. Any permit issued under NRS 445A.495 to 445A.510, inclusive, may be modified by the Director during its term if the permit holder petitions the Director requesting a modification.
