Nev. Rev. Stat. § 444.310
Nothing in NRS 444.220 to 444.320, inclusive, shall be interpreted to limit the powers and duties of the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Human Services prescribed by NRS 439.170 and 439.570.
