Nev. Rev. Stat. § 441A.337
1. The Department of Human Services and all district, county and city boards of health shall develop policies to provide uninterrupted services during a public health emergency to persons who have been diagnosed with the human immunodeficiency virus or who are at a high risk of acquiring the human immunodeficiency virus and who are receiving services from the Department or any division thereof or the district, county or city health department, as applicable. Such policies may provide, without limitation, for the delivery of such services during a public health emergency:
