Chapter inapplicable to remains of native Indian
Effective Oct 1, 1989(Added to NRS by 1989, 576)
The provisions of this chapter do not apply to the interment, removal or other disposition of the human remains of a native Indian pursuant to NRS 383.150 to 383.190, inclusive.
