Nev. Rev. Stat. § 439B.460 – Director authorized to delegate powers and duties

The Director may delegate:

1. Any of the Director’s powers or duties pursuant to NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, to the Administrator of the Medicaid Division of the Authority.
2. Any of the Department’s powers or duties pursuant to NRS 439B.160 to 439B.500, inclusive, to the Medicaid Division of the Authority.
