Fees for subpoenas; admissibility of medical records

Effective Oct 1, 1973(Added to NRS by 1973, 361)

NRS 52.320 to 52.365, inclusive, do not affect:

1. Subpoena fee requirements provided by statute or rule of court.
2. The admissibility of the contents of a medical record.
