“Rights” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2013(Added to NRS by 2013, 3021)
“Rights” includes, without limitation, all rights provided to a consumer pursuant to NRS 435.530 to 435.615, inclusive, and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
