1. 1. The division facilities providing services for persons with intellectual disabilities or persons with developmental disabilities are designated as:

   1. (a) Desert Regional Center;
   2. (b) Sierra Regional Center; and
   3. (c) Rural Regional Center.
2. 2. Division facilities established after July 1, 1981, must be named by the Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director of the Department.
