Nev. Rev. Stat. § 433A.300
Fees and mileage for witnesses
Effective Oct 1, 1975(Added to NRS by 1975, 1606)
Witnesses subpoenaed under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid the same fees and mileage as are paid to witnesses in the courts of the State of Nevada.
