NRS 433.638. Injunction [Effective July 1, 2026.]
- 1. The Division may bring an action in the name of the State of Nevada to enjoin any natural person from engaging in conduct that violates the provisions of NRS 433.631.
- 2. It is sufficient in such an action to allege that the defendant did, on a certain date and in a certain place, engage in conduct for which a certificate is required by NRS 433.631 without a valid certificate.
