As used in NRS 433.431 to 433.454, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “division facility” means any unit or subunit operated by:

1. 1. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department for the care, treatment and training of consumers; or
2. 2. The Division of Child and Family Services of the Department pursuant to chapter 433B of NRS.
