1. 1. A field administrator shall:

   1. (a) Establish written procedures for the transportation of clients to and from the field, both routinely and in emergencies; and
   2. (b) Ensure that an appropriate means for the provision of that transportation is readily available while clients are participating in the outdoor youth program.

2. 2. When transporting a client:

   1. (a) The driver of the vehicle must hold a current driver’s license; and
   2. (b) At least two members of the staff of the outdoor youth program must be in the vehicle, one of whom must be of the same sex as the client.
3. 3. A vehicle used for the transportation of clients must be equipped with appropriate equipment for the administration of first aid.
