1. 1. A person, state or local government unit or agency thereof that wishes to operate or operates a small child care establishment may register the small child care establishment with the Division by submitting to the Division on the Internet website of the Division the following information:

   1. (a) The name, address and contact information of the operator of the small child care establishment;
   2. (b) The name and address of the small child care establishment;
   3. (c) An affirmation that the operator of the small child care establishment is in compliance with subsection 2; and
   4. (d) Such additional information as the Division deems necessary.
2. 2. A person shall not serve as the operator of a registered small child care establishment if the person has been convicted of a crime listed in subsection 2 of NRS 432A.170 or has had a substantiated report of child abuse or neglect made against him or her.
