Department may accept gifts and grants for establishment of program for child care
Effective Oct 1, 2025(Added to NRS by 1989, 2071; A 2025, 863)
Subject to the provisions of chapter 353 of NRS, the Department may accept gifts and grants of money, property and services for the establishment of a program for child care.
