1. 1. The Superintendents of the Nevada Youth Training Center, the Caliente Youth Center and any other state facility for the detention of children that is operated pursuant to title 5 of NRS are in the unclassified service of the State unless federal law or regulation requires otherwise.
2. 2. The Chief of the Youth Parole Bureau is in the classified service of the State.
