1. 1. Each family resource center shall establish a family resource center council. The composition of the family resource center council must be consistent with the criteria set forth by regulations adopted pursuant to NRS 430A.120.
2. 2. All meetings of a family resource center council must be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS.
