The Committee may take any action necessary to carry out its duties, including, without limitation:

1. 1. Consulting with experts and other interested persons to ensure the data collected is of the highest quality;

2. 2. Entering into a contract or other agreement with any person or entity, including, without limitation, a college or university, to:

   1. (a) Assist the Committee with its organization and meetings;
   2. (b) Collect, analyze and disseminate information; or
   3. (c) Assist in carrying out any other duty of the Committee;
3. 3. Establishing subcommittees consisting of members of the Committee; and
4. 4. Employing such persons as it deems necessary to carry out its duties.
