Nev. Rev. Stat. § 427A.300 – Creation of Office; appointment; qualifications; classification

1. The Office of the Community Advocate is hereby created within the Division.
2. The Administrator shall appoint the Community Advocate. The person so appointed:
1. (a) Must be qualified by training and experience to perform the duties and functions of the office; and
2. (b) Is in the classified service of the State.
