The governing body of a foster care agency must be responsible for:

1. 1. Ensuring that the foster care agency is and remains fiscally sound;
2. 2. Overseeing the management and operations of the programs and services offered by the foster care agency;
3. 3. Ensuring that the foster care agency remains in compliance with the rules and policies of the governing body; and
4. 4. Ensuring that the foster care agency complies with the provisions of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
