Nev. Rev. Stat. § 424.0113
“Child” defined
Effective Oct 1, 2023(Added to NRS by 2021, 2714; A 2023, 2064)
“Child” means a person who is less than 18 years of age or who participates in the Extended Young Adult Support Services Program established pursuant to NRS 432B.5919.
