1. 1. The Silver State General Assistance Program is hereby established within the Division to provide to eligible persons and households who are experiencing an extraordinary circumstance:

   1. (a) Temporary financial assistance, including, without limitation, cash, electronic benefits and vouchers; or

   2. (b) Temporary in-kind assistance,

      or both.

2. 2. The Administrator shall administer the Program within the limitations of available money.
