Nev. Rev. Stat. § 422A.515

“Household” defined

Effective Oct 1, 2005(Added to NRS by 2005, 22nd Special Session, 15)

“Household” means an association of persons who:

1. Live in the same home or dwelling;
2. Are related by blood, adoption or marriage; and
3. Are mutually dependent on each other for the basic necessities of life.
