“Public assistance” includes:
- 1. State Supplementary Assistance;
- 2. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families;
- 3. Supplemental Nutrition Assistance;
- 4. Low-Income Home Energy Assistance;
- 5. The Program for Child Care and Development; and
- 6. Benefits provided pursuant to any other public assistance program administered by the Division pursuant to such additional federal legislation as is not inconsistent with the purposes of this chapter.
