As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

1. 1. “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Division.
2. 2. “Department” means the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
3. 3. “Director” means the Director of the Department.
4. 4. “Division” means the Division of State Parks of the Department.
