Nev. Rev. Stat. § 398.045

“Institution” defined

Effective Oct 1, 1989(Added to NRS by 1989, 811)

“Institution” means a public or private institution that offers educational services beyond the secondary level. The term includes:

1. A postsecondary educational institution as defined in NRS 394.099.
2. A university as defined in NRS 396.838.
