Nev. Rev. Stat. § 392.4609
The Department shall adopt any regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of NRS 392.4601 to 392.472, inclusive, including, without limitation, regulations which establish timelines for the purposes of subsection 1 of NRS 392.4671.
