Any person who is required to make a report pursuant to NRS 392.303 may not invoke any of the privileges set forth in chapter 49 of NRS:

1. 1. For failure to make a report pursuant to NRS 392.303;
2. 2. In cooperating with an agency which provides child welfare services; or
3. 3. In any proceeding held pursuant to NRS 392.275 to 392.365, inclusive.
